Hi, my name is Sam, and I have an addiction… 😂🐮

It started with one Highland cow, and now look at me! Babies highlands are on the cards!!

I keep telling myself I don’t need any more… but have you SEEN that face? Those fluffy heads, those horns, those little buttercups! 🥹

I think we all know how this story ends… 😂

And honestly, I don’t think I want a cure! 🤎🐮

🌅 Just imagine this view… but with dahlias running all the way along this fence line. 🌸😍

One day this will be a wall of colour, and I honestly cannot wait to see it come to life. 🌿✨

For now, I’ll just enjoy the sunrise and dream about the garden that’s coming. 🥹🌸

Pouring down outside, but honestly… I think I’ve got the best seat in the house. 🌧️🌿🍹

3 years ago I came to Raglan needing healing — a women’s retreat I didn’t realise just how much I needed at the time.

This past year… I’ve been in survival mode more than I’d like to admit. Loss, stress, and just trying to keep going.

I’ve thought about coming back here so many times.
And now being here again, even just for a short while, I realise how much I needed this pause.

But this time feels different.
A small getaway… exactly what my soul needed.
Slowing down, breathing in the peace, and remembering there’s more to life than just getting through it.

To breathe.
To feel.
To just be.

Life isn’t always easy, but we all deserve moments that help us keep going 🤍
