3 years ago I came to Raglan needing healing — a women’s retreat I didn’t realise just how much I needed at the time.

This past year… I’ve been in survival mode more than I’d like to admit. Loss, stress, and just trying to keep going.

I’ve thought about coming back here so many times.
And now being here again, even just for a short while, I realise how much I needed this pause.

But this time feels different.
A small getaway… exactly what my soul needed.
Slowing down, breathing in the peace, and remembering there’s more to life than just getting through it.

To breathe.
To feel.
To just be.

Life isn’t always easy, but we all deserve moments that help us keep going 🤍
