We understand that owning and operating a business brings with it sometimes unwanted challenges, particularly on time and resources. We have a passion for resolving those challenges. Using our skills and expertise (yes, we are experienced Angels), we will take away the pressure and frustration of business administration and bookkeeping – you could almost say, “the Angels will take the devil out of your admin and bookkeeping”. So who are we? Local Angels living in Taupo, and loving all that life on the Central Plateau has to offer. After years of working as accountants in farming, commercial and CA environments we decided to use our experience to help redeem lost souls from the torturous path of administration (we saw the light). One thing about us, we will be as dedicated to your business and your personal success as you are. Our goal is to create the freedom for you to use your time as you chose.

Sometimes we think the most reliable thing about Xero is their socks! 🧦😂

Just kidding. We usually love Xero cloud software but lately things have been a bit hit n miss🎯

At The Admin Angels, we take the devil out of your admin—and we bring the heart (and the humor) to your numbers. 😇

If your Xero ever feels a bit overwhelming, The Admin Angels are here to bring the human discernment (and empathetic support) you need.✨

The “Uncle Bob” Trap 🙅‍♀️

Talking about your new business idea over dinner? We love the enthusiasm! But be careful—what worked for your uncle’s construction firm or your friend’s startup might be a total mismatch for you.

Over-complicating your structure too early leads to one thing: massive accounting fees and admin headaches you just don't need yet. 📉

The goal? Being fit for purpose. Don’t sign anything until you’ve found your “Goldilocks” zone. Chat with us first and let’s get your structure right from Day 1.
