Now that we've seen how high Angus Hendry can LEAP, we have complete faith in his abilities as both a high-performing Solicitor and a Champion Highland Dancer!
Admitted to the Bar in 2019 Angus was born and raised in Tauranga and returned to his hometown to join Holland Beckett law firm in 2022. Outside of work, you can usually find Angus wearing a kilt as a New Zealand Highland Dancing Champion, and Drum Corporal of the City of Tauranga Pipe Band.
Angus wants to be your first point of call for anything to do with Property Transactions and Commercial Contracts, Agri-business, as well as Wills, Trusts, and establishing Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Angus is available to take your call at any time to help get things sorted and would like to be ‘the fence at the top of the cliff, rather than the ambulance at the bottom.’
Unfortunately whoever goes up must come down (and hopefully rise again) but in the meantime need to get their Will sorted and Angus is your man to do it.
Angus wants to reiterate the point that everyone – and that means EVERYONE - needs a WILL at some stage. As soon as you have any type of assets worth over $15k and you haven’t had a will legally drawn up - your family will have to go to Court, and it will cost them a lot of money, time, hassle, and possible heartache to get whatever’s left distributed. Basically, it becomes a living nightmare for those left behind.
When it comes to Wills there’s a lot to think about, but with the direction of Angus, an often-grim topic can become something that's positive for all involved.
The BNI Elite team highly recommends getting in contact with Angus Hendry now, before it's too late to take that leap…
