Papa's Kombucha This is a healthy alternative to Fizzy drinks. Kombucha is a fermented drink made with tea, sugar and bacteria (SCOBY).

The story of how our family got into Kombucha is somewhat interesting. Our baby girl (like our other children) was getting eczema and we were searching for a solution to this problem. We came across Kombucha but knew very little about the drink and began to make inquiries with friends about it. One of our friends had already been making it and offered me some SCOBY (google it), after a quick 5-min

ute lesson (via youtube) I gave it a go. Two weeks later I had my first batch and then I began playing around with it, trying to find the method and process to perfect. Our children love it and so do many others. Back to the problem, I can't categorically state that Kombucha was the reason way my child's' eczema has gone, but I know it has helped.

Had the priviledge of attending the Tauranga Maori Business Association Christmas Wind up last night where we shared insights into our business journey. The venue Ignition Coworking Space is great so go check it out in downtown Tauranga.
