Here’s what your team walks away with after completing ‘Where Production Meets Post Harvest’:

đŸ„ How production decisions affect post-harvest outcomes.
đŸ„ How to analyse inputs, outputs, and quality assurance systems across the supply chain.
đŸ„ How operating costs, logistics, revenue, and cashflow connect across the business. How to design and conduct research for product improvement.

This isn’t theory for theory’s sake, it’s the technical and business logic behind what your people do every day, structured into a three-month micro-credential.

This micro-credential begins this June. Apply now or refer your team.

Our Lincoln students recently had a fabulous field trip to Copperfield Citrus Nurseries in Te Puna — gaining hands-on insight into how grafted citrus trees are produced, from seed right through to sale. With over 40 years of expertise shared, plus exposure to some unique and unusual citrus varieties, it was a truly valuable learning experience.

If you're interested in horticulture and want to build practical, industry-relevant skills, Fruition Horticulture delivers Lincoln University’s Diploma in Horticulture right here in Tauranga. We also offer our own Diploma in Horticulture Production — ideal for those already working in the industry and looking to step into more advanced or management-level roles.
