🐾 WOOF WEDNESDAY! 🐶

Just another day at the office… chasing mates, showing off our favourite toys, and making sure the humans take enough play breaks! 🦴🐕

🧁 Monday Muffin Morning🧁

Mental Health Awareness Edition 💚

A little Monday muffin mayhem to brighten the start of the week with an important reminder that mental health matters 💚

🌿 It’s okay to not be okay.
💬 It’s okay to talk.
👂 It’s okay to listen.
🤝 And you never know who might need a little extra support today.

Look after yourself. Look out for each other. 💚

The human brain operates on approximately 20 watts of power, roughly the amount needed to light a dim incandescent light bulb. Despite using relatively little energy, the brain manages countless complex processes every second.
Even when we are resting or sleeping, the brain remains active. It continuously processes information, regulates essential body functions, stores memories, and supports our thoughts and emotions.
What makes this especially remarkable is the amount of work the brain accomplishes with such limited energy. Its ability to process information, make decisions, learn, and control the body demonstrates just how efficiently the human brain uses energy.

Did You Know? 🧠
Your brain can generate up to 70,000 thoughts a day.
The challenge is not having ideas. It's holding onto the right ones long enough to do something with them.
That is why environment matters.
When you're constantly interrupted, your brain has to keep resetting, making it harder to stay focused and turn ideas into action.
A clear space helps create clearer thinking.
Less noise.
Less friction.
More focus.
More follow-through.

Your desk. Your hours. Your way.

Not everyone works 9 to 5.
Not everyone works best from home.
Not everyone needs a full-time office.

Whether it's a few hours of deep focus, a full day's work, or somewhere to land between meetings, SHARED gives you the flexibility to work when and how it suits you.

Flexible. Functional. Focused.

💻 Hot Desks: Surprisingly Good at Their Job

A hot desk won't steal your lunch from the office fridge.
It won't schedule unnecessary meetings.
And it definitely won't ask, "Could this have been an email?"

What it will do is give you:

✔ A professional space to focus
✔ Fast Wi-Fi and monitors when you need them
✔ A change of scenery from the kitchen table
✔ The motivation that comes from being around people who are actually doing the work

Flexible, functional, and refreshingly fuss-free.

Turns out a hot desk is pretty cool after all.

Some days work feels easy. Other days it feels scattered.

The difference is often not effort, but environment.

When focus is supported and distractions are reduced, work becomes clearer, faster, and more consistent.

Less friction. More flow. Better outcomes.

Step into a space that helps things click.
