* EZ273H Satellite Hybrid Unit
The EZ273H is a Hybrid 3G Iridium Satellite tracking device. These devices use the 3G
mobile phone network where available to report data first, but when they are out of
coverage areas, the device automatically switches to report through the iridium Satellite
network. It will then switch back to cellular data transfer when back within coverage.
These state of the art devices have a fully customisable set up
for reporting data when out of mobile phone coverage which
reduces satellite communication costs. GPS locating
positions are generally sent every two minutes in mobile
coverage and between ten and sixty minutes outside of
coverage, depending on vehicle usage.
These devices are designed in Australia as a lone worker safety solution for organisations
with remote workers travelling outside of mobile phone range. SAFETRACK offers this
device as a cost-effective solution to a major Health and Safety compliance issue in New
Zealand – the lack of consistent and reliable cellular network coverage. When paired with
the Fall Bracelet product for man-down and duress notifications, as in this package, the
EZ273H Satellite Hybrid Unit provides an ultimate lone worker safety solution.
* M8 Driver Console Unit (DCU)
The M8 Driver Console Unit (DCU) is a 7 inch dash or suction mounted in-cabin screen
which is used for navigation, communication, driver ID
and alerting.
* REPO Radio Receiver
The REPO unit is produced by Neat Electronics in Sweden, who have been supplying
quality products to SAFETRACK for over five years. In this package the REPO is fitted
as an input to the EZ273H Hybrid Unit and acts as a receiver unit for the Fall Bracelet.
* FALL Bracelet
The FALL Bracelet is also produced by Neat Electronics in Sweden, with exceptional
quality and durability for long-term use. In this package the FALL provides SOS duress
with manual activation and automatic man-down functionality by detecting and
automatically reporting falls. Due to its highly sophisticated
electronics, FALL is fit for a range of challenges. False alarms
are almost completely eliminated.
