It has been a while since our last post! We have battled through a very unpredictable season weather wise, which has sent the stress levels through the roof, especially during pollination! Winter and Spring produced gale force winds, extreme rain events and hail, but our teams are now making good progress. Miraculously we have made it to Summer! Fingers crossed the weather from here until Harvest is much more settled!! ☀️🤞🥝

We are done! 🎉 2025 Harvest is finished, with us picking the final bins just minutes before the weather packed in ... again! It has been a trying season, however our teams have done an excellent job and our Growers have once again been pleased with the quality of picking. Thank you and well done to all involved! 👏
Now to get organised for Winter Pruning ....

Harvest 2025 has begun with a hiss and a roar, slightly earlier than last season. The G3 cap has come down on early start, wee bit of allocation left to fill before we head into main pack. Our first HW orchard is in for a clearance test today. 🥝🤞

We are making good progress harvesting our Green crops. Size profile earlier in the season looked to be on the small side, but the fruit has continued to gain weight and we are pleased with what is coming off the vines. We have had an unbelievable run weather wise and it's looking like the sun will continue to shine for us to get the last few orchards picked! 🤞☀️🥝

Our teams will be enjoying a well deserved day off today (Anzac Day) 😴. Our managed orchards have done exceptionally well, clearing with excellent TZG's (taste) and good tray numbers, well above industry average! We have three more of our own G3 crops to harvest and will then give another facility a hand until our HW orchards are ready to go. 🥝🚜☀️

We've been a wee bit slack posting lately ... Busy times! Harvest is well underway and we've had a good run picking early start G3 along with a few early start HW crops. We now move onto main pack G3 and hope that the settled weather continues! 🥝🚜☀️

Winter Pruning is well underway and although the weather is still a bit dodgy we are making good progress in our G3 orchards. The cooler nights/mornings are just what the doctor ordered for some much needed winter chilling .. however a few frosts would be nice!
