Update from the bathroom and laundry renovation. Painting is complete and the floor tiles are down! Love the soft sand and sage green in these tiles, looking forward to adding the cabinetry and accents to bring it all together. Good things take time!

Challenging install of sun filter blinds this weekend! Lucky my son Miro doesn’t mind heights!!!! What a huge difference the blinds make to the heat in the house- as soon as they were up it was noticeably cooler! What a game changer, wow! ☀️

Is it a little late to say happy new year? It’s been a minute since our last post but we are doing the hard mahi behind the camera, we promise! Yesterday was the accumulation of a few months of pulling together a scheme and sourcing furniture and decor for a brand new house my clients purchased in Pauanui. By the time I loaded up with goods, there was only a small space for me in my car! Beautiful day for the move in and had to stop to look at the ocean of course. Back today to shoush and take photos! Hold on caller!!!
