With the holidays just around the corner, it’s important to stay vigilant online. Cyber scams tend to spike over the Christmas and New Year period, especially when people are travelling, working remotely, or running on reduced staff.

A few quick reminders to help keep things secure over the break:

• Be cautious with unexpected emails or texts – especially clicking links

• Watch for ‘urgent’ requests that pressure you to act fast

• Double-check payment details on invoices or renewals

• Keep devices updated
