So stoked to have been able to help this initiative get product to those in need within our Central North island communities...

The Fiordland Wapiti Foundation, Game Animal Council, and DOC have come together to provide free-range wild Fiordland venison to New Zealand foodbanks and the first batch of 140kg has just arrived at the Taupo Women's Refuge & Community Foodbank. Another 100kg is due to arrive in Turangi today, and there's more to come in the following weeks. No less than 18,000kg of free-range meat will be distributed nationwide. Safari Club International (NZ), the NZ Deerstalkers, Sika Foundation, Tahr Foundation and NZ Hunter Magazine have all come on board to help with transportation and promotion. Together, we do our bit to help Kiwi families in need.
