🚛 Another day, another trailer brought back to its best.

Not every trailer that comes through our workshop is a Freighter, but every one gets the same level of care and craftsmanship.

Recently, our Christchurch team restored the side wall of a non‑Freighter trailer that had taken some damage. Here’s the work that went into bringing it back to full strength:
🔧 Removed internal tracking and damaged foam
🔧 Rebuilt the structure with new fibreglass ribs, foam, and bracing
🔧 Added a fresh top skin, then sanded, sealed, gel‑coated, and finished every joint
🎨 Completed with a full sand and respray for a clean, factory-quality finish

Because whether we built it or not, if it’s in our workshop, it’s getting Freighter toughness.
