Mandy Lacy is an International Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (TSTA) in the organisational psychology field. She applies this in her work, in the areas of transformation, organisation development, leadership, coaching, change management, benefits realisation management and modern workplace learning. She holds a Masters degree in Learning Science and Technology and is on track to co

mplete her PhD in 2018 on Modern Workplace Learning, at the University of Sydney Research Centre for Learning and Innovation, Australia. Mandy has been passionate about the dynamics of leadership and group settings since she was very young. After attending a TA101 course over 20 years ago she was hooked. Mandy has a rich experience in teaching and supervision in workplace settings and TA education forums. She has national and international professional memberships in supervision, coaching and training and brings a wealth of experience within corporate, government and NGO settings. She has a valuable balance of working with teams and being a teacher and trainer. But she’s not just qualified as a trainer; she’s got an abundance of experience, and she always has her foot in the workplace, working with teams, often with major complex requirement or digital transformations programs.
