A significant day for Ngāti Mutunga as whānau returned to Urenui Pā to celebrate the reopening of the Pā following renovations to Te Aroha, Mahi Tamariki and Te Titohea.

The occasion brought generations together in a celebration of whakapapa, whanaungatanga and their enduring connection to their tūrangawaewae.
