What a treat. I’m a massive MasterChef fan, I’ve watched all 18 seasons, so having Andy Allen in at Maude was pretty special.
He came in with his gorgeous & talented wife Alex and their, I kid you not, ridiculously cute baby boy Jude.
Wānaka wasn’t exactly showing off with the weather that day, so we ended up tucked inside the Tasting Room on our iconic orange couch, colourful art above, such a nice spot to spend an afternoon.
And as you can probably tell from the glasses, we tried quite a few w**es. Such a fun afternoon and definitely one I’ll remember.

Our maple trees are generous in every season.
Autumn brings brilliant colour. Summer brings dappled shade perfect for a long lunch beneath the canopy. And winter brings liquid gold
With frosty mornings and crisp winter sunshine, the sap is beginning to flow once again. Maple harvest has started at Mt Maude, marking one of our favourite rituals of the year.

The stars behind our Maude 2026 vintage!

As we press off the last Pinot ferment we want to say a huge thank you to our w**emaking team. It’s been another vintage of early mornings, grape stained boots and delicious lunches (thanks to Chef Cory). We’re looking forward to tasting the finished product after all the hard work 🍇⏰🍷
