As a former business owner this image really resonates with me. When your nose is to the grindstone and your business is charging along in a state of loosely controlled chaos, it can be near impossible to step outside and think about who or what your business is trying to be.
It was only when I engaged a business coach that I began to realise that not having a well considered business strategy was like going for a drive without a destination. From that point our business began to prosper and remained right on track through to our exit strategy via sale in 2019.
It's really rewarding to now be able to provide that same insight to business owners as a partner with Oxygen8 Consulting Ltd.
