Graham Pudney – Moving From Founder to Business Broker
After three decades of hands-on ownership—culminating in scaling and ultimately selling the national electronics distributor Pudney & Lee—Graham Pudney has turned his attention to helping other owners make the same leap. Drawing on a career that now spans product import, distribution, commercial property management and wine sales, Graham is repositioning himself as a full-service business broker, advising on readiness, valuing enterprises, matching sellers with the right buyers and negotiating deals that stick.
