Restorative Services is an independent, confidential and informal service that provides resolutions to workplace issues. More than just a route to ‘speak up’, we know that organisations and employees alike want solutions and support to respond to harm within the workplace. Our approach is based on restorative practices that aim to build, maintain and repair relationships in institutional settings.

And these practices rest on our core values of:
Relationship, responsibility, respect and repair. We are a New Zealand-based company and work internationally. We are committed to upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi and commit to doing the work to better understand and respond to the historical and current racism and colonisation of Aotearoa. We acknowledge our ongoing organisational journey to deepen our knowledge and response to the history, impacts, and importance of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
