Our biggest winter EVER…
We’ve diverted 17,002kg of waste from landfill JUST at the Auckland Showgrounds since July 😳

our tāmaki makaurau team have been HUSTLING across The Food Show Baby Show NZ Gift Fairs and BuildNZ as we’ve kickstarted this partnership with XPO Exhibitions .

It’s an exciting opportunity to help these expos producing MEGA quantities of waste, to move toward more sustainable practices….. and work toward more resource recovery 🏃‍♀️🌎

Safe to say there’s been no offseason this year 😅

Kia Ora! It’s time for a very exciting wee end-of-season update from our Nonstop Solutions whānau 🕺🕺♻️♻️

This season there were:

76 events supported. 32 tonnes of waste diverted from landfill. 63,544 reusables delivered with our partners .nz and . 3.6 tonnes of cans sent to our charity partners at . 1293 family meals for five. Finally, 8 of our partner events achieved zero waste, with 90% resource recovery!

These results were only possible because of the mahi from our event partners, crews, volunteers, supporters, and community (that’s you!) 🫶🏼

And now, we are overwhelmed with excitement for the next season…let’s make it even more sustainable ♻️

On-site, we had a cheeky Q&A and yarned about all things sustainability 🤝🏽
