I retired from this industry pretty much after my first baby arrived. Wedding makeup wasn’t much fun and with a new baby, long hours on set wasn’t possible. All I do now is help people with random tips or do the occasional face for a big night. That’s good enough for me! ♥️

Mellow Cosmetics is a New Zealand designed and developed, vegan and cruelty free makeup brand available at Farmers. Lip paints are super matte and lovely to use! If you've started to get lines above your lips, you'll need a liner to lessen the bleed.

Do you put black eyeliner on and feel about ten years older than you are? But if you skip eyeliner you feel you look a bit weird? And you've tried Brown eyeliner but it washes you out? Try grey. From the same family as black (sort of) but lighter, less intense. So you can frame your eyes but without the vampy look! Win!

On my foundation mission, I've rediscovered Revlon colourstay and it's brilliant. I don't know about you, but I find I need a bit more coverage the older I get and I don't have time for reapplying and powdering throughout the day. The formula has changed since I last used it. No more caking! And it does exactly what it says on the tin! Win win in my book!
