Happy 4th Birthday to Priority Demolition.
This past year has challenged us in every way, growing the business while navigating a recession and continuing to establish ourselves in Wellington. It hasn’t been easy, but with the best team around us, we’ve overcome every obstacle thrown our way and I couldn't be more proud of the team and the growth they have shown.

We’re grateful for the journey so far and the all those that have supported us and are excited for the next 12 months.

Here's Stage 1 of our Rutherford St project from December for . We removed 2 x 15ton gantries followed by 850sq m of Asbestos Roof. In the final week the offices were demolished and loaded out. In Stage 2 we will be removing all the slabs and the final 3 gantries. Big or Small we do it all.

All set up to try our new drill rig and motor today. With this set up we can drill as deep as you need. Today we are drilling 1.2m, tomorrow it could be 5m or even deeper. Also checkout the new Dewalt powered water tank. No need for gravity or mains pressure making drilling quicker and more efficient.

Just added to the fleet is our new Sucker and Hydro Vac truck. Small enough to get round all of Wellington but enough suck to sort out any mess.
Here it is today on its first job cleaning concrete slurry as we cut up the forecourt at Mobil Kilbirnie. This slurry will now be taken back to our yard and processed through our slurry machine to achieve a 99% recycle rate. Give us a call today if you think this could be useful on your next project.

Awesome to see our Operations Manager graduate from the Leadership Development Programme today. Juggling running the day to day operations of PDL along with shifting offices and completing the course work required has been no easy task but he has taken it all in his stride. Well done mate.

The team has been hard at work getting the tanks ready for removal at Caltex Wainuiomata. Lift day tomorrow for and then backfill Friday.
