A tricky project this one. The client had put a lot of time, effort and money into redesigning the house with surrounding native bush which meant extensive shading on the roof. Our design team set to work and put together a system which optimised the annual energy output given the tight restrictions in place. The client also wanted a sleek looking system with all black panels that matched the brand new roof and no exposed conduit. 24 x 415W Longi all black panels make up this 10 kW system with 20 kWh of fully integrated storage. 18 x 415W Longi panels make up this 7.5kWp array in Otaki. Our engineers expertly designed the system to fit with the client's consumption patterns and our install team connected the array up to a 6kW inverter and two 8.2kWh batteries.
