Yes, we are still providing Career and Strengths coaching during this time of change! These services are able to be conducted online using Zoom. This is a tool we've been using for a long time for time-pressed clients or those not geographically convenient to our offices in Tawa.

The strengths tool we use, was originally designed to be a telephone call only. At Career Hub we prefer the personal contact and added value of being able to interact visually with another person over just a voice call, but we're flexible and can do that too!

It has been an exciting two weeks at Career Hub. Professional development opportunities has extended the strengths training from individuals to partnerships and teams. This has been part of a strategic goal to provide a comprehensive understanding of how strengths can be applied in the workplace and in determining how they are currently being applied.

The added value this brings is current and relevant awareness of workplaces and how they are developing teams and culture that thrive in today's fast paced and ever changing environment.

There are always new tools being released and recommended in the career industry. Some tools weather the test of time, others fail at crossing cultural boundaries and keeping relevant with words people can connect too. Knowing and being able to talk openly about your talents and strengths allows you to be heard when looking for promotion, advancement and can help you see and find your fit in this crazy careers world that is evolving so very very fast.

There is a range of strengths tools for adults, youth and children. Each bringing something useful for the table and being able to bring positivity to the conversations around direction, fit and futures.
