Who's headlining W**e Dogs, you may ask?

Welcoming back W***y Prior and DJ Takas!

Will Prior is a burgeoning acoustic musician hailing from Martinborough. Will utilises his smooth vocal, distinct guitaring style and percussion through a kick pedal to bring a unique “good feel” vibe to any setting he plays at.

DJ Takas, is a renowned DJ with 20 years of experience. Specialising in Afro, Disco, Funk, and Hip Hop. DJ TAKAS is a versatile DJ who has featured at top music festivals, private parties and corporate gigs, from London to China, and from Melbourne to Aotearoa.

We are pleased to announce that Sam and Dev have been named in the top 100 sommeliers with New Zealand by

Sam (ranked 31st) is our FoH Operations Manager across the two venues, Parehua Resort, and Luna Estate Cellar Door and Eclipse Restaurant. Known for his warm, engaging, and approachable hosting style, Sam believes w**e should feel enjoyable and accessible to everyone, regardless of prior knowledge or experience. Combining extensive industry knowledge with a relaxed demeanour, he creates tastings that are educational, memorable, and genuinely fun and continues to drive w**e knowledge throughout the team.

Suryadev Singh Rathore, or Dev as we know him, came to NZ in 2018 and fell in love with Aotearoa and it's people. His w**e journey began in Christchurch in 2022 and he has not looked back since. "It's a constant source of intrigue and exploration" he says. He loves being in the cellar door and interacting with both guests and staff alike and can't think of anything else he would rather do.

Friday dinner is shaping up to be a good one. We can't wait to share the next iteration of the Rolling Feast with you.

Come join us for dinner and be part of the fun, the kitchen's fired up and ready to go. The only thing missing will be your appetite, so make sure to bring it along.

Luna Rolling Feast is $75 per person and will be available for dinner service only.

In this video, Dev introduces our 2024 Pinot Noir range and talks about our exciting new Luna branding, which has been in the pipeline for quite some time and has finally come to fruition! Although our labels have changed, you can be confident that our ethos, w**es and practices will stay the same.
