Day time position working from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday 4 days on & 4 days off.
- Report for duty, 5-10 minutes before rostered start time
- Sign in and check all people accessing the site
- Breath test people accessing site between 06:00-09:00
- Provide general security at guard post
- Report any incidences of note

Based from our Wellington office near Khandallah, you will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of candidates for security roles and other positions in the business
Responsibilities will include:
Writing, posting and managing ads on job boards
Creating social media content and posts to attract staff
Manage relationships with industry partners and training organisations
Receive applications, screen and shortlist candidates
Book interviews and provide candidates with feedback
Maintain communication with candidates from start to finish
Handle offer, contract and new start documentation
Assist with induction and training plans
We prioritise paying living wage to our security staff and we have a strong reputation as a supportive employer in the security sector.

We’re looking for a team player who is proactive and able to put forward new ideas for sourcing good people. Experience in a recruitment agency or internal HR / recruitment roles would be a great background for this role.
