Lawyers can make great coaches given the opportunity. In fact, the skills of many lawyers such as active listening, critical thinking, an ability to analyse information quickly and a natural disposition to be innovative problem solvers can add to their ability to adapt to a quickly and effectively, provided they are given the right tools, framework, and training.
