One of the things I've been doing in the last year is helping sports teams create a more direct path toward peak performance. In netball this has included the launch of an app that captures and tracks the key stats from games for the benefit of both the team and each player.

Meet Anchal Sharma, 👋 a Deputy Head Girl at Whakatāne High School, an academic prefect and she's studying three papers at the University of Waikato.

Anchal joined around 100 students from 16 secondary schools to take part in the first face-to-face hub days as part of Waikato Management School's Leadership Academy.
