Wowza, a big thank you to Brinkel's Cake Art for taking us on at late notice! We celebrated our 90th anniversary in style with this beauty. Thank you Dwell Housing Trust for the shout out and to everyone who joined us on our special night!

Congratulations to Maltbys Wellington on their anniversary! Maltbys are a quantity surveying company that has worked with Dwell on several projects. Last night they celebrated their 90th year in business! Well done to this great NZ company who also supports our work. Along with 100s of other industry colleagues, Alison Cadman joined the celebration - and had a piece of their fabulous cake! 🥂🍾🎉

Stuff recently wrote an article about the Kāpiti College Performing Arts Centre. Maltbys have been a part of this project since its beginning and it is great to see McKenzie Higham Architects’s vision coming to life!

A couple weekends ago, Maltbys had their annual company wide trip to Ruapehu. This year we decided to have a sit-down dinner and for the first time in a while the whole company, plus partners and kids were seated together for a meal. We were lucky to have good weather on the Saturday for hiking and other fun outdoor activities. Though weather at the base of the mountain was good – but you had to be fearless to head up the chairlifts given the low visibility.

All Blacks vs. South Africa has the Maltbys Wellington office ready to competitively rumble. The team are headed to the game tomorrow and proudly wore their team colours for casual Friday. Boasting rights on Monday for whoever wins!

Wellington Director, David Morris and Matt Kotsifakis were excited to head along to the opening of the newest project Maltbys have completed with Dwell Housing. The Mahora in Wellington project is three buildings with 14 homes with a mixture on studios as well and one, two or three bedroom apartments. Dwell Housing Chief Executive Alison Cadman had this to say about Maltbys involvement: “This was a highly successful project that came in on time and just under budget. The Maltbys team were a key part of this success and a very important part of what was a great project team. That ending sentiment is one Maltbys fully agrees with, we are looking forward to the next opportunity to provide Wellington with high-quality social housing.
