This book explains it all, in terms of how we respond to threats and power and is a great read. I love this book! This is me having a last minute re-read before I had to return it to the library this week. (Adore the library💖) Heres why I love this book - it’s all about bringing the sense of joy and commitment to your work for the people you serve and work with. The author is a huge deal in the restaurant industry and endeavours to make every meal incredibly special. This resonated with me, as in my corner of the world I try to bring my sense of occasion and joyful anticipation from my past years as a celebrant to workshops and coaching. Even 10% more special feels like 100%!💖💖
