One of the things I love about our business is that there’s always another level to grow into.

Becoming a certified coach is one of those milestones 🏆

There’s training to help you get there, and once you become a coach, you can also get paid for coaching others.

I’m not a coach yet, I’m still a mentor. But becoming a coach is definitely one of my goals, and I’m going to get there.

I’ve learned that if I keep waiting until everything is perfect, I’ll probably never get started.

There have been plenty of times when I’ve doubted myself, wondered if I was doing things right, or felt like I still had so much to learn.

But I kept going.

I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m definitely not where I started either.

Every post I create, every new thing I learn, every time I show up even when I don’t feel confident, that’s progress.

And that’s something I’ve come to appreciate more.

Building my digital business hasn’t been about getting everything right from day one. It’s been about learning as I go, making mistakes, adjusting, and continuing to move forward.

I may not have it all figured out, but I’m proud of the progress I’m making.

One step at a time. ❤️

I’m so happy to share this certificate for my August 2026 Business Performance.

Behind this certificate are the hours of learning, showing up, staying consistent, and continuing even when things didn’t always feel easy.

There have been challenges along the way, but every challenge has taught me something and helped me grow.

I’m grateful for my journey, my coach, my team, and everyone who continues to support and encourage me 💕

This is one of those moments where I can pause and say, I’m proud of myself for not giving up.

Those two little words hit different when they come from my grandchildren.

They are my WHY.
The reason I hustle.
The reason I keep showing up every single day, even when it gets hard.

I’m not just building for today. I’m building something that can create more choices for our family and something meaningful that I can pass down.

And who knows… 👀

One day, one of these little ones might just take over the reins of Sal Shannah Digital 💻

For now, I’ll happily take all the “Hi Nana” I can get. 🥹

Today I came to the library for a meeting with a Workbridge New Zealand representative, and of course, I brought my online digital business with me too.

I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunity to build something that gives me the flexibility to work from wherever I am, even from a quiet corner of the library.

No traditional office. No commute. Just my laptop, an internet connection, and the freedom to work around my life. 🌿

For us, it’s a powerful tool to connect, build relationships, share value, and create opportunities through social marketing.

We show up consistently because people can’t connect with what they never see.

𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘂𝗽.

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗳𝘂𝗹, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹. 🤍

This video takes me back to 2024, when I had my long hair, before cancer and everything that came with it changed my life.

There are moments from the past that I miss. There are things I wish had turned out differently. But I’ve learned that looking back doesn’t take me anywhere.

𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱.

If one chapter has ended, I have to trust God enough to keep moving forward.

Because there are still opportunities ahead. There are new things to learn, new dreams to pursue, and new doors that can open.

That’s how I chose to look at my digital business.

Instead of staying focused on what I had lost, I decided to take the opportunity in front of me and start building something new for my future.

What a special feeling it is to welcome someone new into the business and sit down together for our very first Zoom meeting 💻

We also had my amazing business coach, Tina Willis , with us, sharing her guidance, experience and support as we started this new journey together.

Seeing someone believe in themselves enough to take that first step is something I’m truly grateful for. ❤️

There’s something really special about being able to share your own story, answer questions, encourage someone, and then watch them go from being curious to actually taking that next step.

I know what it feels like to sit back and wonder…
“Is this really for me?”
“Can I actually do this?”
“Is this business real?”
“What if I’m not good at technology?”

I had my own questions too.
But sometimes, you don't get clarity by watching from the sidelines. You get clarity by learning, asking questions, getting the information and giving yourself permission to explore what’s possible.
