MORE PEOPLE are learning ...

That I have a growing interest in ‘Cellular Health’ and 'Oxidative stress' within our bodies and how this affects our overall health and wellbeing.

And that I believe more people need to learn about what this means and what we can do about it to make sure we feel our best as we age.

Due to my work with Rata, I am very keen to help people within my community and organisations with their employee’s health and wellbeing from a ‘cellular level’.

WHY?
Just think about the positive impact this would have in reducing the level of toxic work behaviours here in New Zealand. Thereby, creating ‘happier’, and more ‘innovative and productive workplaces’.

So, I encourage more people, + Employers, HR and H&S Managers, and Team Leaders in our local communities to take an hour out of their day to join us on zoom to learn what this all means.
