Recently there was a survey conducted on customer service in Westport and we here at Buller Printing Ltd Westport are very proud to say we scored 100%. We were then asked to make a speech about this at a local customer service skills course - this is what we had to say. Hello everybody...

After a long Christmas holiday break we've been flat out making delivery of lots of new work.
It was nice to find amongst the 197 emails, the following comment from a happy customer who had placed an urgent job with us on the day we closed for out Christmas break...

Just a heads up that we will be closed from Fri 19th Dec - Thurs 15th January for the Christmas and New Year break, plus scheduled maintenance. Please have a look now at your printing needs for this whole period up until the 21st of January and let us know asap of any orders by the 5th December so we can fill them before we close and you don't get caught short - thanks in advance
