Design and deliver a high potential leadership program specifically aimed at members of the global top 500. The program ran over 6 months with the intent to harness new strategic thinking and to convert that thinking into reality through a series of culture and business change initiatives. Selection, development and deployment of an internal LMS platform. The brief included developing the entire learning pathway for the LMS,(both content & curriculum management) as well as ensuring the platform is linked to a leadership development framework and management competencies as published via the Australian Quality Framework.
