Most people think of PALMS grapples as tractor gear. This one's working off a truck-mounted hiab in the Bay of Plenty.

Same unit goes on a digger, a tractor crane or a trailer crane — worth
knowing if you've already got the machine sitting there.

PALMS C10. 0.28m² grapple area, 1615mm opening — the largest log grapple
PALMS make. Flange-type rotator connection, built for daily use rather
than the odd lift. Suits a 12 to 14 tonne digger.
