HOW TO ORDER:
Step 1 – Send us your photo file and contact details and briefly explain who you want from the photo or photos on your pendant – [email protected] (see “choosing your photo” below). We have diferente styles and sizes to choose from. Step 3 – We will contact you by e-mail or phone with price and to finalize any details. Step 4 – Payment – upon receipt of payment we will start
to make your pendant. Step 5 – Relax for the next 7-10 days. This is the maximum of time it takes to be done. Step 6 – Enjoy your unique handmade pendant, show it off to your friends and family and always “keep your loved ones close to your heart”. Choosing your photo
Obviously the better quality the photo/file the better quality the pendant will be. We can scan a original photo but best results are from the digital file. We will use head and shoulders or just face if you want, as pendants are small, trying to fit too much of the person makes it very hard to see. We recommend just head and shoulders. We will generally take out the background as it makes it the people a lot clearer, but again it’s up to you. Photos with the complete head and shoulders are the best. The ones with cut heads are not very good on the pendants because they look weird without the background, mainly if you choose heart as your jewellery. If you have people you want together on the pendant but they are from two or more different photos, don’t worry, we can also do this at a cost of $5.00 per extra person. Care of your pendant
Treat your pendant as you would any other piece or precious jewellery. We don’t recommend swimming with it. Also it can scratch if dropped or kept with other hard objetcts. What it is made for? Our pendants are:
Rhodium plated (silver colour)
Gold plated (gold colour)
Stainless steel (little hearts silver/gold)
THEY ARE 100% NICKEL AND LEAD FREE!!! If you do not love your pendant, if you are not satisfied, contact us and we will endeavor to resolve the issue.
