As an employer, the “CEO” of the organisation, the employer, went on TV and publicly ridiculed his staff WITHOUT an investigation.

An interesting judgment of the 90-day trial recently came out of the ERA.

Did you complete a "paid trial" before signing your contract? It potentially means that your employment relationship started that day, and the day you signed your contract, should it have a different day, means that the 90 day trial is void.
