➡️ Piggy number three, now this little piggy has brains, this little piggy is a thinker. He knows very well that if he doesn't construct his house properly he will be eaten by a very big, bad, and hungry wolf.

Which little piggy are you?

Think of your competition, the economy, or pandemics, etc as the big bad wolf.

Think of straw, wood, and bricks as the materials you chose to construct your business.

The majority of clinics I work with have tried all of the above and more in an attempt to get a consistent flow of quality new patients.

The reality is, trying everything under the sun and working long hours is not going to get you to your goals if you have a huge gaping hole in your clinic.

Look, it's not that those things don't work, they do. It's just most clinics sadly, have it all around the wrong way.

They spend thousands of dollars on the latest flashy strategies while having no internal marketing system.

Which is a way to communicate with and rebook their current and lapsed patients (as well as new leads that come in).

This means that all the money and time spent on marketing is maybe returning only 15% when it should be returning 250%.

Look the best way I can explain this is with a metaphor.

Here's the thing…

If your local dental competitors are running laps around you using the same marketing strategies that you're also using...

Your problem is not the strategy.

Their stuff works so well because of the invisible wave they are riding as they use those strategies.

There are two very important invisible waves that you need to learn to ride.

I call them invisible because they are not immediately obvious.

Their overriding influence is not always perceived by business owners.

I want to cover today the wave which is easiest for you to start riding immediately.

That wave is public opinion.

No matter what type of marketing you are doing, you are wasting time and money if you do not back that up with positive public opinion.

In our world, that means a high number of positive Google reviews. Simple.

Look ill just flat out tell you how it is.

If you do not have the most number of positive Google reviews in your local area, or at least sit in the top 3, a percentage of your marketing dollars are helping the clinics who DO sit in that top 3 get new patients.

How so?

Think of any service you have bought over the last year.

You might have seen some form of marketing and it reminds you that you need the service.

The business doing that marketing may have done everything right and you may even enquire with them.

But I can guarantee, THE VERY NEXT THING YOU DID WAS… head over to google and type in that service.

Google then showed you their reviews.

And you didn't scroll through those reviews and find the business whose ad you just saw, you only ever click on those businesses with the most positive reviews… obviously, right?

We are hardwired to gravitate towards things that other people have verified or deemed as good.

So it's not that your marketing won't work without having the most google reviews, it probably does work ok.

It's just not going to work as well as it could!

Or as well as your competitors who are riding this invisible wave.

I'm not interested in giving you mediocre advice that produces mediocre, ok results.

I want you to take my insights, grow your business and achieve your goals.

As soon as you realise the power online reviews has over your dental clinic and you begin to stack those reviews, you will see everything else you do become more successful.

I've seen it time and time again. You will even see patient enquiries just naturally going up, even without marketing, more people will find you organically.

That's the power of riding the invisible wave of google reviews alongside the other forms of marketing you do.

The best thing is it's actually really easy to get your clinic into a top three spot of google reviews within a week.

I can pretty much guarantee that most clinics in your local area are unaware of how to strategically stack reviews.
