Knowing isn't the same as doing!

When it comes to physical skills, understanding the theory is only part of the picture. Real learning happens through experience, practice, and repetition.

Our latest website article looks at why manual handling training needs to be more than theory.

Celebrate World Ocean Day with a Live Ocean Swim this weekend!

Did you know DebR - one of AIMs fearless leaders - is in the moana at Tutukaka Marina most days, rain or shine!

On Sunday 7 June, the day before World Ocean Day, Deb's heading to Matapouri Beach for her dip. This is an open invitation to anyone lucky enough to call this incredible coastline home.

Whether you're a seasoned cold-water swimmer or a total first-timer, come as you are. The water doesn't care.

Meet Deb on the beach off the middle carpark - at the end of the Matapouri Store Road.

9am, Sunday 7 June - Matapouri Beach - middle carpark

With the King’s Birthday long weekend upon us, we hope you get a chance to slow down, recharge, and spend time doing the things that support your wellbeing.

And with the start of winter, it’s a timely reminder that although rest and recovery are important it's good to rug up, get some fresh air, and enjoy a bit of 'exercise' when you can too.

Stay safe, take care, and enjoy the long weekend.

Reflective Supervision is one way workplaces can support emotional wellbeing, resilience, and healthier working relationships.
