Spring has officially sprung at Workspace! 🌼☀️

Our Spring Morning Tea was blooming lovely, with a table full of delicious treats, plenty of yellow and floral flair, and some seriously impressive baking skills. 🌻🍰

Nothing beats a good excuse to step away from the desk, have a natter and share some kai with the Workspace crew.

Thanks to everyone who brought a plate and helped us welcome spring in style! 💛

We’re celebrating the first day of spring with a Morning Tea, and we’re looking forward to seeing what turns up on the table!

A little reminder to bring something yellow or floral-inspired. Sweet, savoury, homemade or bought... anything goes.

Our Drivers Licencing team helps hundreds of people in Northland get their licence every year. We provide people with a weekly driving lesson, building their skills and confidence, helping them right through to test day.

To celebrate the amazing work our team do, we thought we’d have a little competition! Can you guess how many driving lessons our two driving instructors had in our last contract year?

A hint is that it is more than 200, but less than 4000! To give everyone a ballpark 😉 Comment below, the closest guess wins the goodies in this photo! Winner will be announced on the 03rd September 2026!

Sometimes the best way to get unstuck is to do something completely unrelated to your norm.

Take a different route. Try somewhere new for lunch. Have a coffee with someone you don’t know well. Wander into a shop or gallery you usually walk past. Learn something completely random.

None of it needs to be useful. That’s kind of the point. 💚

As we celebrate Matariki, Workspace will be closed on Friday 10 July.

This year, Matariki has reminded us to look ahead with optimism, embrace new possibilities, and take the first steps towards the future we'd like to create.
