What an awesome day it was yesterday catching up with Amotai supplier Tū Ātea!

Thank you for your hospitality, the beautiful hāngi for lunch, and the even more impressive kōrero you shared with our Amotai kaimahi about connectivity, uplifting kaupapa Māori, making internet more available to rural whānau, and so much more!

We are all the more richer after meeting your Tū Ātea team in-person and we can't wait to work more with you guys in the near future!

Here's to Meet the Buyer Whangārei! 😉

Thank you to NACCA for hosting Amotai!

It's been amazing to have our Manukura, Anna-Jane over to Canada to meet so many amazing people and to learn so much rich mātauranga!

From left to right Kevin Rose (NACCA), Shannin Metatawabin (ceo of NACCA), Kate Russell (Supply Nation), Chris Rees (Supply Nation), Anna-Jane Edwards (Amotai), and another friend they ran into during the conference.

Thank you also to our friends at Tauhokohoko for their research to grow indigenous trade opportunities for our people!

🤩Still buzzing from her haerenga!

If you didn't know already, our Amotai Manukura Anna-Jane has returned from her amazing trip to Toronto, Canada. 🇨🇦

Whilst in Toronto and Ottawa, she sat down with different politicians to share our Amotai experiences of embedding supplier diversity into our procurement system in Aotearoa.

Amotai attended the First Nations Major Projects Coalition Conference to learn about how different tribes are taking on major projects across their territories and the role of indigenous owned businesses in bringing those projects to life.
