We've probably heard a lot about people who sacrificed their health for wealth and in the end sacrificing wealth for health. We don't have to choose which to have we can have both, all we need is to learn how to listen to what our body needs, it's simple.
Thirsty?Drink Water. Need Rest?Then Rest (But not too much, anything too much is bad) Lack Nutrition?Eat Healthy (or take supplements) Tired of bad vibes?then get away from toxic people. (Yes Mental Health and Emotional health is still HEALTH)
Take care of your health, it's your best ally. Never abuse it remember the saying "Don't kill the goose that lays the golden eggs" Yes. Good Physical, Mental and Emotional Health is a goose that lays golden eggs.
