The Spark & Glow 3 Convocation Program proudly celebrated the graduation of 16 participants from the Muscat Region, marking the successful completion of an intensive 12-month learning journey.
Throughout the program, participants developed essential competencies in:

With one classroom session every month, participants were encouraged to practise and perfect each newly acquired skill in their everyday work. This approach transformed learning into action and helped them build confidence, competence and independence.
The Spark & Glow Program empowers employees to take ownership of their personal and professional development through self-learning, continuous practice and real-world application. It strengthens critical thinking, problem-solving and adaptability—preparing participants to embrace new roles, responsibilities and challenges within the organization.
