Renaissance brought together 65 managers for a workshop to familiarise leaders across the company with the new Target Operating Model and build alignment around a shared way of working.
Held in early October, the workshop introduced practical tools and processes designed to strengthen consistent, end-to-end client and account management across the company’s different business units. The session focused on effective matrix working, collaboration across organisational boundaries and role-modelling the company's core values through appropriate leadership behaviours.
At the heart of the Target Operating Model is a simple and powerful motto: One Team, One Goal. This reinforces the importance of working with one vision, shared accountability and a common focus on delivering stronger outcomes for clients, employees and other stakeholders.

جمعت النهضة 65 من كبار المدراء في ورشة عمل هدفت إلى تعريف قيادات الشركة بمختلف الأقسام بالنموذج التشغيلي المستهدف الجديد وتعزيز التوافق حول أسلوب عملٍ كشترك.
وعُقدت الورشة في وقتٍ مبكر من أكتوبر، حيث استعرضت أدوات واجراءات عملية صُممت لتعزيز عملية إدارة العملاء والحسابات بشكلٍ متكامل ومتوافق في مختلف وحدات الأعمال في الشركة. وركزت الجلسة على العمل الفعّال ضمن الهيكل المصفوفي وتعزيز التعاون بين مختلف الوحدات التنظيمية، وتجسيد قيم النهضة من خلال السلوكيات القيادية الملائمة.
ويتمحور النموذج التشغيلي المستهدف حول شعار بسيط وقوي: فريق واحد، هدف واحد. ويؤكد هذا الشعار على أهمية العمل وفق رؤية موحّدة وتحمل المسؤولية المشتركة والتركيز على هدف مشترك يتمثل في تحقيق نتائج أفضل لعملاء النهضة وموظفيها وجميع أصحاب المصلحة.
