Injaz is a leading specialized training and consulting institute with specialized focus on human resource development and organizational development. Injaz established in the Sultanate of Oman and operating from its head premises in Muscat and a branch in Sohar providing training and consulting services across the entire GCC countries. Over the years, since inception in 2007, we
are proud to have extended our services to a wide base of clients in both private and public sectors. Training was provided to over 16000 trainees through 800 structured programs for around 70 clients. Geographically, our clients are mainly in Oman, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. The success of Injaz is inspired by its clear vision and philosophy that training is a dynamic and progressive process with unlimited scope for improvement and adoption to ever changing professional and vocational practices. Cultural, technological and globalisations are some of the influences under monitor while designing training programs. Injaz is affiliated with and recognized by international accreditation bodies such as ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) and accredited by OFQUAL the official national awarding body in the UK . These affiliations leads to approve training programs qualified to be converted to academic hourly credits as per QCF accreditation regime. Injaz is of Omani origin with global ambitions is considered as a national Omani and GCC achievement. It is pioneered and empowered with knowledge of local GCC culture and trainee behavioral attitudes to design and deliver training programs most effectively. OUR SERVICES
