We are hiring a Corporate Photographer cm Editor

The position of Photographer cm Editor is responsible for shooting and manipulating digital images to produce high-quality output for digital and print requirements. The position requires the ability to understand specific brand aesthetic goals and be able to elevate any selected original image to meet or exceed company standards. This role partners collaboratively with marketing/internal creative team and external business partners to advance business objectives through photographic imagery.

This role incorporates knowledge of photo aesthetics and art direction with strong organizational skills, communication skills, speed, and editorial sensibility.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for Capturing and process digital images related to hospitality and luxury segment.
Responsible for manipulating digital images to produce the highest-quality output for digital and print production.
Download and ingest files for storage and image selection
Color correction of jewelry, food and product imagery
Compositing and working with multiple exposures
Prepare images for client delivery
Create albums of retouched images for use by the marketing/internal creative team
Receive and execute on direction from department heads
Comply with all work processes and procedures to meet the desired end result
Keep up with industry standards and software changes and updates, continually developing retouching skills
Proactively assist in problem-solving within the team and across departments
Employ software tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite, to output images that maintain aesthetic standards
Light, style, and shoot on-brand photos as needed in-studio and on-location
Assist with library image retrieval as needed
Collaborate within internal marketing/creative team to determine best practices, benchmarks, and project workflows.
Work successfully within a close, collaborative team environment and exhibit professional conduct consistent with Group values and policies
Other duties as assigned
Education

Bachelor of Arts in Photography or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in various disciplines of digital photography
Bachelor of Arts in Photography or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
Requirements

Demonstrated excellence in image post-production and photo-editing
Demonstrated excellence in shot composition along with lighting, both in-studio and with use of natural light
Verifiable related professional imaging and retouching work in a professional or corporate environment
Expert working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop including color and tonal correction, masking and compositing, layers, paths, actions, and non-destructive workflow.
Expert knowledge of additional Adobe Creative Suite software, particularly Camera Raw plug-in, Lightroom and Bridge.
Portfolio of current work demonstrating skill in photo retouching showing both before and after comparisons
Possess a critical eye and meticulous attention to detail and be exceptionally organized with the ability to multi-task competing projects against aggressive deadlines
Some video editing experience is a plus
Experience in pre-press, CMYK color space, and proofing is a plus

SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Social Media Specialist will be charged with managing a group of companies’ Social Media Profiles, concept and content creation, and executing the marketing strategy for the hospitality and luxury segment. The successful candidate will develop and maintain but not limited to blogs, video feeds, trending social networking sites and resource centers. The candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive analytics, data presentations, and resource management reports. This candidate will have a demonstrated history of working in a fast-paced environment while delivering multiple projects on schedule, on budget and with no errors.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communications/English, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or Design. Will consider lower level of education based on passion for the industry.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong project management or organizational skills.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Snapchat) and how they can be deployed.

• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.

• Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.

• Good technical understanding and can learn new hardware and software quickly.

• Public relations, marketing, sales, community management experience.

• Arabic speakers are preferred including strong writing skills in Arabic and English
