In searching for answers, he took a personal journey of discovery; journey through Organizational Development, Humanistic Psychology, Personal Transformation and the experiences and wisdom contained in the Native American Indian Wisdom Teachings of higher consciousness. He began Co-Ventures to carry these values to the Western business world, with a focus on education and business performance.
