✨Be aware that you lost your center- when we’re aware that we´re feeling stressed then we can do something about it instead of just reacting automatically from our stress.
⏱️Count until 3 or take a deep breath before talking, sending a text message, email, etc- giving some time to yourself to stop before reacting can change the path of the conversation.
🧘🏽♀️Schedule active pauses- we´re not machines, our minds and bodies need to rest every now and then, so taking a short walk, stretching and taking deep breaths a few times during your day can benefit you, your health, your relationships, your performance, etc
