It was an honour to be invited as a speaker at the International Congress of the University of Guadalajara, Mexico.

I shared “The Business Case of Corporate Purpose and Well-being: towards a socially driven management”, a topic that reflects my commitment to building organisations where success is measured not only by profit, but by the well-being of people and society.

During my talk, I shared how aligning purpose, leadership and mental health can transform workplaces into spaces of growth and care. This experience reaffirmed my belief that when leaders act with purpose, they can ignite cultural change that lasts.

Let’s keep building companies that value both performance and people.

Full circle moments are powerful 🎓 especially when purpose guides the path.

Years ago, while leading the Learning & Development area at a multinational company, I was also teaching Organisational Psychology for the first time. I didn’t know it then, but that experience planted a seed, the joy of transforming real-world challenges into lessons that could inspire others.

Since then, I’ve spent over a decade as a conference speaker, invited by different universities to talk about employability, leadership, and purpose. Each talk reminded me that my mission wasn’t only to develop leaders within organisations, but also to shape the next generation of professionals who will redefine how we work and lead.

Today, I’m deeply grateful to share that I’ve joined UPRIT University as a Lecturer in Organisational Psychology, a role that reconnects me with that original purpose. Teaching allows me to bridge the gap between practice and academia, guiding students to understand the connection between well-being, culture, and performance. The same intersection has defined my own journey.

This step is part of a broader vision: building academic programmes that combine leadership, psychology, and innovation to make workplaces healthier and more human 🌱

When I started my English journey three years ago, my goal was simple: become bilingual, gain fluency, and be able to talk with people from other countries.

What I never imagined was that this journey would take me so much further…

English has opened doors that no dictionary could define — it has allowed me to connect heart to heart, express my emotions, cry with sensitive souls, listen to life-changing stories, support exceptional leaders, and meet human beings who feel like angels on earth.

During this mission, God blessed me with friendships that transcend languages and borders. Like her — the girl on the far right of the frame in the first photo. One day, she came up to me and said: “I love that when we look into your eyes, you always smile. Most people just keep a serious face.”

Sometimes we don’t notice the little gestures that define us… until someone else sees them and treasures them. That day, I realized my smile also speaks English.

Thank you to everyone who made this trip an unforgettable chapter. The language was only the door… what I found behind it was an eternal gift.

There’s something magical about sitting alone, taking in the aroma, engaging every sense, and savoring every bite — from dreamy eggs Benedict with that perfect flat white to flavors from every corner of the world.

I adore eating with loved ones, but there’s a different kind of joy in enjoying your own company and letting food (and coffee) be a love letter to yourself.

Grazie mille to the wonderful teams at Hilton San Isidro, Hilton Cusco & Inkaterra… Machu Picchu for making these days pure bliss — and pure flavor 🍽

Grateful to God for the opportunity to meet passionate professionals 🇺🇸 who truly love people — who love their patients and clients. It’s not common to find hearts like this in today’s world, and that’s why I want to honor this daughter of the King.

She reflects Christ here on earth. When I think of Jesus healing the sick — not only physically, but also their souls — I’m reminded of her. You are incredible! A true gift to this world.
