PNG GOVERNMENT HAS A PRACTISE OF ALLOWING FOREIGN INVESTORS TO SIGN SUCH AGREEMENTS THEN USE THOSE WORTHLESS AGREEMENTS TO SEEK PROJECT FINANCING FROM INTERNATIONAL FINANCIERS.

PNG ENDS UP COLLECTING CRUMBS FOR OUR RESOURCES WHILE THE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATIONS WALK AWAY LAUGHING WITH ALLMOST FREE WEALTH.

THIS HAS BEEN THE PRACTISE SINCE PNG GAINED INDEPENDENCE.

PNG MUST NOW CHANGE THIS POLICY AND GO OUT AND SEEK INTERNATIONAL FINANCIERS TO DEVELOPE OUR OWN RESOURCES. THAT WAY PNG CAN BECOME A MAJOR SHAREHOLDER IN SUCH PROJECTS AND OWN THE PROJECTS.
