💐FLOWER POWER BOOTCAMP TRAINING COMPLETED!!💐👏

We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the Flower Power
Bootcamp Training! This program training was facilitated by TOK STRET CONSULTING LTD in partnership with WORLD VISION. 🤝

The sessions were led by Jullliane Byrne and Ralmaylyn Kumbou of Tok Stret
Consulting Ltd/Lae SME Incubator Hub.

The (6) sites of Morobe Floriculture Association (MFA) actively participated in
group discussions, practical activities, and presentation, sharing ideas and
solutions to strengthen the Flower Power program in their communities.
At the end of the one-week bootcamp, all participants were awarded with an
Attainment Certificate in recognition of their commitment and participation.

Congratulations to the 6 sites of MFA participants. Your commitment to
learning and growing your skills in the flower power program is so inspiring.

AWE AWARENESS: A SUCCESS AWARENESS AT HUON GULF HOTEL

Tok Stret Consulting Limited/Lae SME Incubator Hub successfully hosted the
AWE Awareness Session at Huon Gulf Hotel on the June 14 th , 2026
Mrs. Julliane Byrne the Owner of TOKSTRET CONSULTING LTD, was pleased to
lead this outreach. The goal is to ensure Academy for Women Entrepreneurs
(AWE) reaches every woman in business across Lae and Morobe Province.
Highlights for the day:
1. AWE Program Overview - Women learned how the Academy for Women
Entrepreneurs supports business growth, funding readiness, and networks
2. Business Insights - Practical sessions on business registration, record
keeping, and accessing support through LSIH
3. Networking - New connections made. Collaborations started right in the
room
4. Real stories - Local women sharing how they’re turning passion into income.
What a turnout! Women entrepreneurs from across Lae came to learn,
connect, and grow.
The energy in the room was incredible. Lae women are ready to scale, and
we’re here to support them.
Thank you to Huon Gulf Hotel for hosting us, and to every woman
entrepreneur who showed up, asked questions, and committed to growth.

We are honored to host Raymond Harold and Tracey Wafewa from the PNG/Australia Partnership program called Strongim Wok Lo TVET on their visit to the Lae SME Incubator Hub. Great discussions on how the SWLT will provide opportunities for those that are not able to make progress in their careers due to different challenges in our societies.
SWLT - strengthening skills training, sharing ideas, and pushing forward real opportunities for Lae.
Seeing partners on the ground, engaging directly, is how real impact starts.
Strongim Wok Long TVET (SWLT) – Is a program under the PNGAustralia Partnership Program focused on strengthening Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in PNG. Farmset’s leadership came together to take a hard, honest, look at performance and set the course for 2026.
Our facilitation focused on four questions every high-performing organization must ask:
1.Have we arrived yet? – Reviewing Farmset’s position today as PNG’s leading agricultural supplier.
Celebrating wins, acknowledging gaps.
2.What did we plan? – Revisiting the commitment made previous years.

1.Our first Circle - is what we can Control. And we all have things we can control.
2.Our second Circle - is what we can Influence. It might be my habits, my business, my family.
3.Our third Circle - is what we worry about, what we have little control of Influence over or with.

If you spend your life in Circle 3 and not focusing on 1 and 2, your business, growth will not develop and you will not run a small business properly. Or you will let others control your money or life. They will steal your dreams.
